As an Associate Corporate Counsel, you'll play a critical role in supporting AWS's groundbreaking technology and global business initiatives. Key job responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft, and review complex enterprise and technology licensing agreements across diverse business contexts
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on policy, regulatory, and compliance matters related to cloud computing and technology services
- Support product development and operations teams with strategic legal insights on intellectual property, privacy, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate business development and strategic programmatic launches
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment with business objectives
