The TPO Mortgage Closing Associate II works independently to prepare loan documents for purchase and home equity line of credit.  The TPO Mortgage Closing Associate II also receives final executed loan documents and funds loans. 

Here’s what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, reconcile application against system input and send to title and escrow
  • Balance loans with escrow and fund loans on time
  • Work with Monetary for outgoing and incoming wires
  • Serves as a point of contact for Partner Loan Officer and Partner Loan Processor & 3rd party escrow partners
  • Responsible for testing and validation of system enhancements 

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage closing and/or escrow
  • Ability to work autonomously, to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with all levels within organization
  • Ability to operate as a self-starter who is highly organized and works well independently or within a team environment
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Encompass is preferred
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma

Target Compensation: $25.65 to $30.33 per hour + monthly incentive
