Dairy Performance Support - Remote/Field Based Role in USA

milkrite | InterPuls is looking for a hands-on, technically skilled Dairy Performance Support professional to join our Americas team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, agriculture, and customer success—supporting distributors, training partners, and solving real-world challenges on dairy farms.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll be a key driver of performance and customer satisfaction across our distribution network and end users.

Training & Distributor Development

  • Deliver technical training to distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities
  • Develop and implement training programs and materials tailored to partner needs
  • Support distributors in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during technical interactions

Automation & Controls Support

  • Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.
  • Support commissioning, startup, and optimization of capital equipment.
  • Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving automation systems, controls, sensors, electronic devices, and communications networks.
  • Assist customers and distributors with technical troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Provide recommendations regarding system settings, programming, and operational improvements.
  • Support equipment upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new technologies.

Field Support & Customer Success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic) or related field preferred
