Business Analyst II

Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office1 - 2days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM.

  • The selected candidate will need to flex in the months of December and January to support new client implementation. This could include working weekends and holidays.

TheBusiness Analyst IIwill be responsible for translating basic business needs into application software requirements.

How you will make an impact:

  • Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.

  • Determines specific business requirements to address specific business needs.

  • Works with clinical operations staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.

  • Acts as liaison with other areas to address questions/issues.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.

  • Prior pharmacy experience preferred.

  • Prior experience within PBM preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $61,680 to $92,520.

Location(s):California, Illinois, Nevada and Virginia.
