Job description

Resp & Qualifications

PURPOSE: 
This position is responsible for the lead in planning and optimization of integrated advertising and marketing campaigns to support corporate strategic initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Builds the plan for specific campaigns  including the timing, messaging, and appropriate channels. Establishes best practices and performance baselines for all campaign tactics. Translates market trends and market analysis to align brand across teams. Leads efforts to measure the impact of the brand on company sales performance. Defines advertising objectives, campaigns, and budgets by studying marketing plans; consulting with product and market managers.
  • Manage and assess agency partners.
  • Monitor social and digital analytics tools and provide insights and analysis monthly and quarterly on trends and performance. Collect, analyze, and create reports from available digital data sources to evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives. Develop performance reports and drive the storytelling approach, providing actionable insights based on available analytics data from multiple offline and online channels. Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns. Set, monitor and analyze KPIs using native and third-party reporting platforms to determine digital campaign performance and optimizations.
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and gotomarket strategies.
  • Develops presentations, webinars, marketing materials videos, etc. as needed to brand initiatives and support the aquistion of leadership approval.  Coordinates project components with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Creative, and other stakeholders.
  • Champions internal and external branding requirements to effectively position the brand internally and externally   


QUALIFICATIONS:


Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 5 years Marketing or Communications experience.
Licenses/Certifications Preferred:
Professional Certified Marketer-AMA  
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Knowledge of B2C marketing, such as digital advertising, direct response marketing, CRM, database marketing.   
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge of budget control methods, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.


Salary Range: 75,384 - 149,721
