Overview

The Senior Associate, Brand Experience (BE) is to be the day-to-day steward on media communication for assigned brands, including accurate budget control and flow of digital media activity. The Senior Associate works cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and clients to develop and execute multi-channel media plans. They will help to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and provide actionable insights and recommendations.  

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of digital media plan options and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update client on timeline/consistent basis
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development, and communication goals (reach/frequency)
  • Demonstrate proficiency with systems/tools (Media Tools, Microsoft Excel, Mbox)
  • Gather and analyze appropriate research to provide sound, strategic, consumer insights-driven digital media recommendations
  • Establish collaborative, productive working relationship with partner agencies (where/when applicable), helping create a seamless communications process
  • Demonstrate creativity and agility when problem solving
  • Delivering POVs/position papers on key client issues and/or client opportunities
  • Prepare media authorizations per approved plans/project requests
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups
  • Assist with other projects or responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of digital media experience (media planning/buying, Paid Search/Paid Social, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of media systems/platforms (Media Tools, Mbox, Prisma, Kantar, MRI/GfK, R/F and Optimization Software, Pathmatics, Prisma, GWI)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Curious and motivated, solution-oriented problem solver
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
