Job description

We're partnering with a leading fashion retail brand to identify a Brand Strategist who will support the execution of seasonal marketing strategies for a key product category. This role combines brand strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, helping drive category growth, execute go-to-market initiatives, optimize in-season performance, and bring compelling marketing campaigns to life across digital and retail channels.
  • Pay Rate: $33.79/hour
  • Hours: 25 hours/week

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of category growth strategies and marketing storytelling initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, creative, and marketing teams to bring campaigns and business priorities to life.
  • Monitor competitive activity, consumer trends, and cultural moments to identify opportunities and inform marketing recommendations.
  • Assist with go-to-market execution across multiple channels, including website, app, social media, email, SMS/push, and paid media.
  • Develop and maintain marketing briefs, strategic frameworks, presentations, and floorset materials.
  • Ensure consistent promotional messaging and storytelling across digital and in-store touchpoints.
  • Coordinate execution of trend-driven campaigns, cultural moments, and influencer-related initiatives.
  • Support test-and-learn programs, product launches, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and business results, helping translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to special projects and high-priority marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with store marketing programs and maintain key marketing resources and documentation.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of marketing, brand strategy, communications, or related experience.
  • Fashion, retail, consumer products, or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Experience presenting to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
