Ideal Candidate:   We are looking for a  highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial minded, smart, and down to earth attorney to join our team. The right fit will be someone eager to grow with us and desire to learn all facets of the practice including management and client development.  We are looking for an attorney who is compassionate, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about getting optimal results for our clients. This is a good career option for you if you are motivated to change people's lives for the better and enjoy significant client contact.  Applicant should be looking for a positive, stable, long-term, collaborative environment.  Bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required.  Must reside in the Tampa Bay area to be considered. 

Job Functions: The applicant will assist in all areas of the law firm practice which would include client consultations, analyzing and researching legal issues, participating in 341 hearings and confirmation hearings, and motion practice. Bankruptcy is a very client intensive area of practice. Much of your day will be spent on client interaction such as in person client meetings, client phone calls, and responding to client e-mails.  There are no billable hours, no travel required, and an enjoyable work environment. All hearings are conducted by Zoom so there is no travel to the courthouse.  The position is in office as we have a lot of client meetings and collaboration with other staff.
