Job description

Highly regarded collection litigation and bankruptcy firm seeks associate with 1-4 years of practical litigation experience. Matters range from simple consumer collection matters to complex commercial litigation cases. Our practice is statewide throughout NJ and PA, so some travel (not overnight) will be required. Must be a member in good standing of NJ. PA bar, or the ability to waive into PA is highly desirable. Bankruptcy experience would also be very helpful.
Full benefits (retirement plan, health insurance after 90 waiting period, car allowance), salary commensurate with experience, plus monthly performance bonus possible.
Partnership is intended, and you will not have to be a rainmaker to achieve it. Hard, intelligently delivered work performed consistent with our methods and standards will lead to partnership in less time than most firms.
You must be ready, willing and able to handle a trial on day one. If this type of practice is not your long term goal, we are not the firm for you. We are looking for a long term solution to case load management, not a stop gap associate.
