Associate Attorney

Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Corporate and Securities in Chicago, IL or Nashville, TN

An established firm with over 100 years in practice and a top-ranked Corporate and M&A practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their Corporate and Securities practice group in either Chicago, IL or Nashville, TN. This Attorney will work on sophisticated merger and acquisition transactions for private equity firms, private companies, and public companies, with additional exposure to SEC reporting, capital markets, and corporate governance matters.

Offer:
Salary range: $260,000-$435,000 for the Chicago office, contingent on experience
Salary for the Nashville office to be confirmed
Healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, available to benefits-eligible employees and dependents

Qualifications:
Holds a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Maintains active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction in good standing
Brings sophisticated corporate experience representing private equity firms, private companies, or public companies in merger and acquisition transactions
Carries experience with SEC reporting, capital markets, or corporate governance matters as a plus
