Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Hybrid)
Experience: 2-3+ years civil litigation
License: Must be licensed in California

The Orange County office of a nationally recognized civil litigation defense firm is seeking motivated Associate Attorneys with 2-3 years of civil litigation experience. Our firm represents a diverse range of clients, including domestic and international insurance carriers and large private clients, handling high-profile matters across a variety of practice areas, including:

  • Business Litigation (RICO)

  • Catastrophic Injury

  • Construction Defect

  • Environmental

  • General Liability

  • Medical Malpractice

  • Pollution

  • Product Liability

  • Professional Liability

  • Sexual Impropriety

  • Toxic Torts

About the Role:
As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with lead attorneys on all stages of litigation, from rapid response investigations after catastrophic losses, case evaluation, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, to final presentation in court. You'll have the opportunity to develop strategic thinking skills, contribute to high-stakes cases, and gain exposure to multiple practice areas.
