Since our founding in 2006, we've operated with a focus on and commitment to delivering exceptional, measurable results for businesses. We're named after Point Success, the iconic 14,158-foot peak on Mount Rainier-a constant reminder to strive for our greatest potential. Today, we're proud to carry that same sense of achievement forward. As a Google Premier Partner, we maintain the highest standards in strategic execution, continuous learning, and best-in-class campaign performance across marketing services.
Purpose-built for franchise and mid-market brands, Point Success specializes in the intersection of AI-driven media and direct revenue impact. Our methodology integrates search, social and programmatic media into a singular, optimized framework. Across sectors such as health, wellness and professional services, Point Success doesn't just manage ad spend - it also optimizes the entire customer lifecycle for scalable growth.
Point Success manages digital advertising for more than 500 service-based businesses, a preferred partner for more than 10 franchise networks, and a proud member of the SmartBug Media Family.
The Strategist, Paid Media is a skilled digital marketing professional and relationship manager responsible for independently managing a portfolio of paid media clients. This role requires expertise in campaign management across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft), a strong focus on client retention and satisfaction, and a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to support retention and upsell opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, communicating insights, results, and recommendations clearly.
• Proactively identify upsell opportunities or service improvements to help clients reach their goals and grow their accounts.
• Actively contribute to the strategic direction of accounts by identifying new growth opportunities, optimization paths, and marketing channel tactics.
• Collaborate with and delegate tasks to Specialists or Associates as appropriate, providing clear direction and support.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, or training to less experienced team members.
• Take initiative on internal agency projects or process improvements that benefit the broader Paid Media division.
• May supervise one or more direct reports, conducting performance reviews, check-ins, and supporting professional development.
• Provide support and guidance to specialists and associates in setting up and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• In some cases, provide execution support to Leads on more complex accounts.
• Independently manage the execution alongside client management for smaller clients.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and ensure reports reflect current data and actionable insights.
• Ensure campaigns follow best practices for structure, targeting, and creative alignment with client goals.
• If applicable, perform local SEO work including content writing, posting to social media, managing Google Business profiles.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• 3-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads required).
• At least 2 years of client-facing or customer service experience.
• Google Ads Search certification required; additional platform certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Microsoft Ads) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex campaigns and meet performance goals independently.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
