Assistant Wine Manager
Caraluzzi's Wine & Spirits is looking for energetic & service-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with 2+ years wine experience. The assistant wine manager will maintain store inventory, product ordering, and work with vendors to drive wine sales in location. Engage with staff and customers to build wine knowledge and drive sales in wine categories.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience with Wine in retail or restaurant setting
  • Wine knowledge- minimum of 2 years and willing to learn more
  • Prior buying experience preferred, including knowledge of CT laws and regulations
  • Be able to work nights and weekends.
  • Able to always demonstrate a relaxed, friendly yet professional demeanor.
  • Outgoing personality that can seamlessly engage people
  • Focus on attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to handle ever changing environment
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely professional manner
  • Can-do attitude.
