Position Summary
Oversees production and trimming operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Development and creation of the Trim department.
  • Hire, train, and upscale the department.
  • Implement the KPI's, pay scale, and reporting for the Trim department
  • Production assistance as needed
  • Compliance Regulations and requirements as needed (Trim Sanitation)
  • Manage daily production and trim workflow
  • Supervise, train, and develop production and trim staff
  • Ensure product quality meets company standards
  • Monitor productivity, yields, and deadlines
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments on production schedules
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Production assistance as needed
  • Assist in any other projects or responsibilities delegated by management.
