POSITION SUMMARY
The Travel Intern will support STgenetics' domestic and global travel operations by assisting with travel coordination, logistics, and reporting. This role will help ensure accurate booking, documentation, and cost tracking while supporting employees traveling for business across multiple locations. The intern will also assist with generating and maintaining travel reports, improving processes, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the travel function, gaining hands-on exposure to corporate and international travel operations within a fast-paced, global organization.
STgenetics® is the worldwide leader in Sexed Semen and Embryo production. ST is well known around the globe as one of the top sources for assistance in locating and exporting quality semen, embryos, and livestock from the United States. ST through the experience of its staff specializes in helping find quality livestock, semen, and embryos for placement domestically and internationally.
REQUIREMENTS / DUTIES
• Respond to travel requests in a timely manner that are submitted in system (flights, hotels, etc.)
• Process payments for travel.
• Maintaining, generating, and analyzing travel reports.
• Managing global and domestic travel
• Other duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in Excel
• Bachelors degree in marketing, travel, hospitality, hotel management, tourism, or related field
• Fluent in Spanish preferred
• Organized and punctual
• Interest in hospitality and travel and willingness to learn
