Position Summary:

The Assistant Property Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective management of a residential property portfolio within the apartment industry. Working closely with the Property Manager and other team members, the Assistant Property Manager contributes to the overall success of the property by assisting in various administrative, operational, and tenant-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tenant Relations:

    • Interact with tenants to address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist in the leasing process, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
    • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, conducting inspections as necessary.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, leases, and maintenance requests.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other documentation.
    • Manage communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  3. Property Maintenance:
