Role

We’re actively seeking a talented Event Planner to join our Meeting and Events Team in Newport Beach, CA. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 5 event planners in the Consumer Markets division.

Experience you bring
  • 2+ years of experience
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities

Ability to coordinate meeting and event logistics including hotel sourcing, rooming lists, food and beverage planning, transportation, registration management, and audiovisual requirements.

Manage assigned meetings and events from planning through onsite execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Build and maintain relationships with hotels, venues, destination management companies, and other vendors while supporting contract and vendor management activities.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and deliver high-quality attendee experiences aligned with business goals.

Ability to solve problems, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$84,870.00 - $103,730.00
