About Us:
We are a busy and growing electrical contracting company looking for a dependable and organized Scheduler / Office Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism. Experience in construction preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for electrical service calls and ongoing projects
  • Coordinate with contractors and clients regarding job timelines, changes, and updates
  • Pull permits as needed for jobs and ensure proper documentation
  • Schedule inspections and follow up on inspection results
  • Perform various administrative and office duties as required (filing, answering phones, data entry, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Experience in scheduling or administrative work preferred
  • Familiarity with permit processes and construction industry a plus
  • Proficient with computers and scheduling software
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Type: Part-time with the possibility of Full-time in the future

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 24 per week
