We have multiple Full Time 40-hour Assistant Residential Manager positions available THROUGHOUT WARREN & WASHINGTON COUNTIES. The Assistant Residential Manager rate of pay is $21.50 per hour. Assistant Residential Managers support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. The Assistant Residential Manager assists the Residential Manager to ensure the program is running safely and effectively. This can include but is not limited to assisting the people with getting ready for the day or going to bed, cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and participating in social/recreational activities in the community - and just plain having fun while making a difference!

  • 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent = preferred.
  • At least 9 months of experience working with people who have Intellectual or other Developmental Disabilities = preferred.
  • Ability to use independent judgment and discretion to ensure employee compliance with regulatory standards, agency policies and procedures, and plans of care.
