Assistant Residential Manager

The ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residential Manager to join our team. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Residential Manager in overseeing daily operations.
  • Ensure behavior plans are implemented and data is collected.
  • Maintain staffing ratios and address scheduling issues.
  • Review progress notes, medication logs, and IPPs.
  • Assist with meal preparation and community activities.
  • Supervise staff and ensure quality care.
  • Conduct residential meetings and encourage individual input.
  • Report incidents and allegations of abuse.
  • Provide transportation for individuals.
  • Assist with licensing processes and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities and regulations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with interruptions
