• Establish and maintain a positive therapeutic rapport with patients to create a safe environment for open communication.
• Diagnose mental health disorders using established criteria, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments, focusing on client goals, preferences, and circumstances.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, applying a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor and track patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and refer patients to specialists as needed to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon is required.
