Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote setting, aimed at providing flexibility while maintaining seamless communication and collaboration with our diverse team of mental health professionals. Although the work is remote, you will be an integral part of the Alpine Health community, participating in regular team meetings, training sessions, and client consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, fostering a safe environment for open communication and healing.
• Diagnosing and treating a range of mental health disorders through evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring that each client's unique background and goals are prioritized.
• Conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, offering support and guidance while encouraging active participation and engagement.
• Regularly assessing and documenting patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and referring clients to additional specialists when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients toward healthier lifestyles and improved mental health. The role emphasizes culturally competent care, making it imperative for you to understand the diverse sociocultural backgrounds of the clients we serve.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated skills in providing both individual and group therapy, with a focus on effective therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee a caseload effectively while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient clinical settings is preferred, particularly in roles focused on holistic therapy approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters and treatment plans.
• Evidence of continuous professional development in mental health therapy, including attendance at workshops and training seminars.

Compensation and Benefits
