Job description

OneSpan is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our North American Digital Agreements Sales team. OneSpan helps organizations transform how they secure, sign, and manage agreements through industry-leading solutions for digital identity verification, eSignature, smart forms, digital notarization, and security.

In this role, you will drive new business growth across key industry verticals, with a strong focus on financial services. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, negotiation, and closing. This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about helping customers modernize their digital agreement processes while meeting security and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, relationship building, and partner engagement.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value and address customer challenges.
  • Identify and overcome sales obstacles using consultative selling techniques and customer-centric solutions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and opportunity data within Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders to support customer success and drive deals to close.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to uncover expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of successful SaaS sales experience, with a focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Proven experience selling into banking, financial services, or insurance organizations.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving new customer acquisition.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders across all levels, including executive leadership, line-of-business leaders, IT, finance, legal, and security teams.
  • Ability to effectively manage internal resources and collaborate across multiple functions to meet customer needs.
  • Experience identifying customer challenges and aligning solutions to business outcomes.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in an evolving, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Why OneSpan?

At OneSpan, you'll help some of the world's leading organizations accelerate digital transformation while ensuring trust, security, and compliance throughout the customer journey. You'll join a collaborative, results-driven team where innovation, customer success, and professional growth are at the center of everything we do.

Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus commission - 50/50 split.
