Our practice is building an amazing team—and we’re looking for YOU to join our team as our Dental Assistant/ Receptionist.
If you are positive, energetic, and organized, this is your chance to help create something special from the ground up. We are passionate about what we do, and our top priority is to provide exceptional care and a welcoming experience for every patient. This will initially be a part-time position which will turn into a full time position.
What We’re Looking For:
RDA/DA with more than two years of experience working as a dental assistant in a dental office
Someone who is excited about creating an outstanding first impression for every patient
Current X-ray & coronal polishing license holder
Knowledge of the use of digital scanners
Experience with Open Dental office software management is a plus!
A motivated self-starter who loves to learn and grow
What You’ll Do:
Help set up instruments and materials needed for each procedure of the day
Assist chair side and help with sterilization procedures
Schedule patients and help them understand their treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Keep the dental operatories clean and well-stocked
Undertake lab tasks as instructed
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Coordinate insurance processing and patient financial arrangements
Contribute ideas and solutions to make our office run smooth
