Job description

We are looking for a temporary receptionist with a positive, can-do outlook to join our Operations team. This position will be onsite at our California Headquarters in Palo Alto and will be to cover an existing employee on leave for approximately 6 months.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reception duties include being the main contact for all visitors/deliveries and triaging requests
  • Provide support to our Operations and Executive team for general office duties
  • Organize and manage office activities, including maintaining a clean, efficient and well-functioning workspace, ordering supplies, restocking snacks, and addressing other office needs
  • Support the planning and execution of onsite events and meetings which include catering, conference room reservations, and visitor support
  • Act as a point of contact for employee general questions and needs while ensuring responses are timely and supportive
  • Contribute toย the Operations Team and work on additional projects/events to support HR, Security, Facilities, Accounting, and other departments
  • Review key information from various channels and ensure that critical updates are efficiently communicated to the relevant stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Required Skills/Abilities
