Job Summaryย 

The Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service assistance and assisting with day to day administrative needs . This entails answering phone calls, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.ย

Responsibilitiesย ย 

  • Greet customers at the reception desk in a pleasant and professional mannerย 
  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from car deals and provide receipt of paymentย 
  • Maintain key, gas, plate and inventory spreadsheetsย 
  • Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely mannerย 
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolutionย 
  • Distribute daily intercompany paperwork.ย 
  • Accepting new vehicles into inventory which included tagging keys, entering data into appropriate inventory systems and accounting entries.ย ย 
  • Process dealer trade paperwork and submit to corporate for processing.ย 
  • Submitting monthly supplies and coffee orders to corporateย 
  • Maintain coffee bar by keeping counter-tops clean and refilling products as necessaryย 
  • Filing paperwork as needed.ย 
  • Perform any other special duties as requested by dealer and other managersย 
  • Regular attendance consistent with attendance policyย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Team player focused on providing exemplary customer serviceย 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environmentย 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsย 
  • 18 years of age or older requiredย 
  • Valid driver's license and willing to submit to pre-employment background checkย
