- Responsibilities - Research, prospect and acquire new retail partnerships. - Manage the ongoing relationship of retail partnerships. - Manage program costs with innovative partnership structures. - Maintain weekly inventory of retail supplies; notify when supplies should be ordered. - Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates. - Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates. - Create yearly and monthly goals that includes number of new retail locations, team members, set rate, number of demos, among other performance metrics. - Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support. Qualifications - Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a large team. - Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented. - Nurturing and professional attitude. - Reliable and demonstrates a solid work ethic. - Microsoft office proficient, especially excel. - Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to teammates based on performance. - Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization. - Experience managing a team preferred. - Must be able to travel for business needs.
