Morgan Properties is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Brockport Crossings, a well-maintained 154-unit apartment community in Brockport, NY. If you're a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in solving problems, delivering exceptional service, and helping create a community residents are proud to call home, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • $23.00-$26.00 per hour
  • $1000 SIGN ON BONUS
  • Monday-Friday- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • On-call rotation required

What You'll Do:
As a Service Technician, you'll play an essential role in maintaining the community by:
  • Completing resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
  • Performing preventative maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently
  • Preparing apartment homes for new residents through quality make-ready work
  • Maintaining the appearance and safety of the community's grounds and common areas
  • Working alongside teammates to provide outstanding customer service and a positive resident experience
  • Participating in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
  • Assisting with snow removal and weather-related emergencies when needed

  • Has previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience
  • Can troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
  • Takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers high-quality repairs
  • Communicates professionally with residents, vendors, and teammates
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone supports one another
  • Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Is available to participate in the on-call rotation
