Alliance Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Admissions & Community Outreach Director to oversee admissions, marketing, and community outreach efforts for two Metro West senior living communities.

This is an exciting growth opportunity for an admissions professional with 2–4 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of a multi-site territory. The primary focus of this role is driving occupancy within our Rest Home and Assisted Living units in addition to our Skilled Nursing programs, through relationship building, community outreach, event planning, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage phone and email inquiries, tours, and follow-up for prospective residents and families.

  • Develop and execute outreach plans to grow Rest Home and Assisted Living occupancy.

  • Build referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior service organizations, and community partners.

  • Plan and coordinate events, open houses, and community engagement activities.

  • Collaborate with the Central Admissions Team on Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation admissions.

  • Track leads, referrals, occupancy trends, and outreach activities.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of admissions, community relations, business development, or senior living sales experience.

  • Experience in Assisted Living, Rest Home, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation preferred.

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple communities.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
