Nous recherchons des d'infirmier(ere) specialises en soins a domicile pour se joindre a notre equipe dynamique a Forestville

Taux horaire : 62 $/h

Perdiem : 70$ par jour travaille

Kilometrage et hebergement : Pris en charge

Vos principales responsabilites incluront :

- Evaluer rapidement l'etat des patients et prioriser les soins en fonction de la gravite de leurs conditions.

- Administrer des traitements medicaux et surveiller les patients en continu.

- Collaborer avec les medecins et autres professionnels de la sante pour developper des plans de soins adaptes.

- Assurer la documentation complete et precise des soins et des interventions realises.

- Participer a l'education et au soutien des familles de patients en situation critique.

Requis :

- Diplome en soins infirmiers reconnu et inscription au OIIQ (Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmieres du Quebec).

- Experience anterieure d'au moins 1 annee dans un environnement de soins a domicile.

- Capacite a travailler sous pression et a prendre des decisions rapides et efficaces.

- Excellentes competences en communication et en travail d'equipe.

- Disponibilite a travailler selon des horaires flexibles.

- Maitrise de la langue francaise, la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
