How You'll Make an Impact

Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience welcomed.

  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, CNC operations, and production workflows.
  • Background in CNC programming, tooling, and multi-axis machining optimization.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, machining specifications, and GD&T.
  • Experience applying lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
