Job description

Our client, a leading Dental Management Group, operates multiple highly reputable clinics in Milwaukee, WI. They are known for their commitment to patient care and a supportive work environment. 

  • Setting: Dental Office - Full time position
  • Compensation: Base salary (commensurate on experience) + full benefits
  • Start Date: 60-90 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dedicate the first 30 days of a new acquisition to that location, creating a long lasting professional relationship
  • Provide the important layer of management between administrative/clinical team members and dentists/owners of your assigned dental practices
  • Must be confident and self-motivating to pursue personal & team goals at a high level
  • Must be capable of coaching and educating teams effectively
  • Be highly organized and punctual
  • Display high levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Utilize and adapt to technology in order to make practice management streamlined, automated, and simpler
  • Analyze dental practice reports in order to identify areas of strength and weaknesses, and be able to use that data to problem solve and create clear steps for improvement
  • Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and termination processes
  • Lead team meetings and professional development as necessary
  • Designate and mentor team leaders within the practices
  • Delegate day to day tasks to administrative and clinical leaders so that the Practice Manager can effectively focus on bigger picture items
  • Consistently meet specific Key Performance Indicator

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in operations management, with 3+ years in the dental industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and dental practice management systems.
