Job description

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Executive Personal Assistant & Bookkeeper to support the Founders of a well-known recruiting company in a full-time, hybrid role based in South Reno, Nevada.


For approximately five months of the year, the executives will be in California and you will provide remote support. The remaining seven months, the executives will be based in Reno and the role will follow a hybrid schedule of three days on-site and two days remote.


This position requires a trusted, proactive partner who can seamlessly manage both business and personal responsibilities. The role will involve an estimated 40/60 split between corporate executive support and personal assistant duties.

The ideal candidate will bring:
