• Conduct thorough intakes and psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs, challenges, and treatment objectives.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and narrative therapy to promote healing and facilitate growth.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are constantly refined based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Engage in regular collaborative meetings with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and updates about client progress, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Uphold rigorous ethics and maintain confidentiality while adhering to state and federal regulations governing clinical practice.
• Proactively pursue continuing education opportunities and professional development, enhancing your clinical skills and keeping abreast of current best practices in mental health.
• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and practical coping strategies for real-life challenges.

Your client base will encompass a wide demographic, including individuals and families navigating a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship challenges, and personal growth aspirations. We encourage our clinicians to bring their unique perspectives and clinical interests to our practice, contributing to a rich diversity of treatment approaches and client experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience, particularly within private practice settings, is preferred.
• Excellent clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to empathize with and support clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, with proficiency in managing technology for a seamless client experience.
• Previous work with community health resources or in settings that emphasize holistic and integrative care is advantageous.
