Job description

Position Title: Asst. Office Administrator (Part-Time)

About the Role: We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented professional to keep our office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety—handling everything from the monthly books and payroll to keeping our digital presence fresh and assisting with seasonal fund drives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financials: Manage AP/AR, monthly entries, and payroll processing.
  • Clerical: Assist Operations with provider scheduling up to 12 hrs per week
  • HR/Admin: Coordinate new member orientation, maintain personnel files, and serve as the point of contact for benefit questions.
  • Digital & Outreach: Manage social media updates, website maintenance (WordPress)
  • Fund Drive: Manager yearly Fund Drive including processing all payments, updating database & sending out letters.
  • Grants: Identify and apply for relevant grant opportunities as needed.
  • Other: Clerical duties as assigned such as assisting with social activities, filing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must). Experience with QuickBooks and WordPress is highly preferred.
  • Reliable: Ability to work independently and hit monthly cyclical deadlines without reminders.
  • Communication: Strong writing skills for grant applications and social media posts.
  • Education: AS or BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar multi-tasking role.
