The Agency is a global, boutique real estate brokerage representing a portfolio of properties across the world's prime markets and celebrated destinations. The Position:

The Agent Service Coordinator role consists of managing daily operations within the Alamo office while representing and enhancing The Agency real estate brand within the community. In addition to developing and implementing organizational goals, procedures, and policies, The Agent Service Coordinator will identify improvement gaps and implement corrective measures while maintaining positive and professional agent and client relationships, and a positive oce culture.

Note, this role is full-time in-office.ย 

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee general reception items and office organization/management.
  • Act as the main liaison between the office and various departments such as Marketing, Agent Experience, etc.
  • Develop and implement organizational goals, procedures, and policies for the assigned offices.
  • Maintain positive and professional agent and client relationships and a positive oce culture.
  • Assist agents with basic marketing, administrative duties, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Identify improvement gaps and implement corrective measures.
  • Assist with office meetings/events planning and setup/breakdown
  • Work closely with local staff to create outstanding processes and services.
  • Consult and cooperate with other executives, agents, and employees, as relevant.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as directed

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Self-starter mindset
  • Ability to travel between multiple office locations on occasion

Compensation:

Base Salary - $25/hour USD. Compensation will be determined based on the skills and qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
