Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Archer for a contract position. The role involves developing and implementing software solutions using RSA Archer, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts and application development.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of application development experience
• 5+ years of experience with Archer 5.2 or above
• 5+ years of experience with Archer core solutions
• 5+ years of Archer experience using calculated fields and data driven events
• 5+ years of experience with on-demand application development experience in Archer
• 5+ years of experience with data feed setups in Archer
• 5+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
• 2+ years of developing custom object within RSA Archer
• Certified as an RSA Archer Administrator
Preferred:
• 3+ years of .net experience
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience
• 3+ years of C# or Python experience
• 3+ years of SQL Server experience
• 3+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
• 2+ years of experience with Advanced Workflow within RSA Archer
• Ability to design, develop, and implement large scale/complex software applications
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
• Experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution
