Compensation:$27 to $29 hourly,depending on experience,plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.ย 

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.ย 

The Opportunityย 

As anย Assistant Property Manager, you play a critical role in supporting the dailyย operations,ย and financial performance ofย your property.ย Youโ€™llย partner closely with the Property Manager to deliver anย exceptional resident experience,ย maintainย operational excellence, and support leasing, collections, and administrative functions. Business andย Financialย Performanceย 

  • Receive, process, and post rent paymentsย in accordance withย company standards.ย 
  • Assistย with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.ย 
  • Maintain all account records and financial transactions, including NSF checks, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and other management-approved debits and credits.ย 
  • Keepย complete andย accurateย resident files, ensuring all documentation meets company standards.ย 
  • Assistย with market surveys and competitive analysis.ย 

ย Operational Excellenceย & Resident Experienceย 

  • Show, lease, andย assistย with move-ins for prospective residents.ย 
  • Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.ย 
  • Conduct move-inย inspections to ensure apartments are ready,ย move-out inspections andย assistย with deposit accounting.ย 
  • Performย regular property and vacant unit inspections to ensure smoothย operations.ย 
  • Partner with Maintenance and vendors to ensure prompt, high-quality serviceย resolutionย and seamless operational performance.ย 
  • Processย Maintenance work orders promptly and accurately.ย 
  • Provide industry-leading living experience through superior customer service to residents.ย 
  • Resolve resident concerns professionally and escalate issues asย appropriate.ย 
  • Support the Property Manager with daily operations and specialย projects asย assigned.ย ย 

Administrative Responsibilitiesย 

  • Maintainย accurateย unit availability.ย 
  • Provide phone and administrative support as needed.ย

  • Education:ย High school diploma or equivalentย required.ย Industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA)ย are preferredย but notย required.ย Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.ย ย ย 
  • Tech Proficiency:ย Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)ย and SharePoint, ADP.ย Experience with Yardi, Entrata,ย Celeri,ย EliseAIย and Asanaย is a bonus.ย ย 
Requirementsย 

Availability & Travelย 

This positionย willย requireย availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, as well as occasional travel for company events or meetings.ย Active participation in team functions and regionalย orย company activities is expected.ย 

Physical Demandsย 

This positionย necessitatesย regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may beย required. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The roleย may requireย lifting upย to 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withย assistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.ย
