Job Summary:ย 

Manage all phases of the operation of an apartment community including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation according to Legacy standards and specific owner directives. Have complete and full responsibility for property P&L. Perform work of subordinates as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Regional Property Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday and requires availability for on-call emergencies.

  • Team Management โ€“ Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and manage schedules.
  • Operations & Compliance โ€“ Ensure adherence to company policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and property maintenance.
  • Financial Oversight โ€“ Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance. Monitor collections and approve financial reports.
  • Marketing & Leasing โ€“ Work with the Marketing Department to maximize occupancy through advertising, outreach, and social media management.
  • Resident & Owner Relations โ€“ Address resident concerns, oversee move-ins/move-outs, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Safety & Inspections โ€“ Conduct regular property inspections and safety meetings to ensure compliance with company and owner standards.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking โ€“ Prepare reports on budgets, occupancy, market trends, and operational performance.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.
