WhatYou'llDo:

AsAssistantPropertyManager,you'llbetherighthandtothePropertyManager,supportingallaspectsofpropertyoperations,fromleasingandresidentrelationstorentcollectionsandvendorcoordination.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Processrentpayments,enforceleasepolicies,andsupportdelinquencyfollow-up
  • Handleday-to-dayleasingtasks:givetours,processapplications,prepareleasepaperwork,andtrackrenewals
  • Assistinresolvingresidentconcernsquicklyandprofessionally
  • Manageworkorderintakeandhelpoverseeservicerequestfollow-up
  • Supportpropertyinspections,inventory,andphysicalupkeepstandards
