About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven Dispositions Manager to turn our property inventory into revenue by efficiently marketing and selling deals to our investor and buyer network.

In this role, you’ll manage the full disposition pipeline—ensuring properties are accurately listed, properly marketed, and quickly matched with qualified buyers. You will own the speed, accuracy, and execution of turning contracts into closed deals.

You’ll also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and buyers across multiple markets using tools such as InvestorLift and internal CRM systems.

If you are detail-oriented, fast-moving, and thrive in a performance-driven environment, this role is a key revenue seat in the company.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Manage and move property inventory through the disposition pipeline
  • Ensure accuracy of all listings, pricing, and property data
  • Market properties to investors and buyers using InvestorLift and other platforms
  • Build and maintain strong investor, broker, and buyer relationships
  • Coordinate property marketing (photos, lockboxes, listing setup, etc.)
  • Support acquisitions team with comping properties when needed
  • Track and optimize deal flow from listing to closing
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in real estate dispositions, sales, or investment operations preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and InvestorLift (or similar platforms)
  • Ability to think like a “Captain” (execution-focused leader) and “Strategist” (market-aware operator)
  • Fast decision-maker who thrives in a high-speed environment
  • Real estate or investor network experience is a plus
