Who You Are: (Job Summary)
The Manager, Procurement Compliance is responsible for ensuring QTS's procurement programs comply with corporate, regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards. This highly analytical professional will perform regular audits, implement company policies, report on progress and KPI's of department initiatives, and design control systems. The Compliance Manager will perform periodic complex data analysis and provide key trends and information derived from it to identify control gaps and improvement opportunities. The Compliance Manager is responsible for developing complex/competitive programs & communicating to line of businesses and Senior Management compliance initiatives
What You Will Do: (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage team dedicated to Compliance Management
  • Responsible for supporting audits and overseeing control systems to prevent or remedy violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with business partners across the organization to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain procurement processes, policies, and tools
  • Develop and maintain governance models, compliance policies, processes, and tools to drive performance, innovation, and risk management
  • Develop training materials in support of process improvement initiatives.
  • Support supplier risk monitoring and associated reporting requirements
  • Conduct procurement audits focused on the procure to pay workflow, supplier activity/setup, and credit card transactions
  • Report compliance activities to QTS leadership on work including but not limited to internal controls, credit cards, audit results, and key improvement results.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Perform ad-hoc, special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need to Be Successful: (Required Qualifications, Education, Experience, Certifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field
  • Five or more years of relevant experience
  • Skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems
  • Experience in managing and leading change initiatives involving significant impacts to organization

Nice to Have: (Preferred Qualifications, Education, Experience, Certifications)
  • Two or more years of direct experience in Procurement operations, compliance or internal audit
