We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to oversee the financial records and day-to-day bookkeeping operations for multiple companies. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can seamlessly manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping for multiple companies simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred).
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
  • Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Coordinate payroll information with payroll providers.
  • Track expenses and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning.
  • Prepare documents for CPA and year-end tax filings.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.

  • Qualifications
