Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally and in full accordance with Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Call on dealerships to develop and deepen indirect lending relationships
• Establish and maintain effective, professional business relationships with dealerships or prospects
• Develop presentations and proposals for both existing and prospective dealers.
• Coordinate sales, retail and business relationship management, analysis and communication among all lines of business (Banking Center Network, Comm/Cash Management, Trust & Investments and Mortgage Lending), as applicable.
• Provide assistance to relationship officers responsible for developing calling plans, including identifying and coordinating opportunities for joint calls involving multiple business lines.
• Identify opportunities to initiate calls on new prospects, coordinating efforts with the respective relationship manager and participate in joint calls, assisting with development of customer and prospect lists, along with pre call and post call planning.
• Address dealership issues and concerns with efficiency, precision, and compassion.
• Achieve established monthly call production goals
• Coach and mentor less experienced relationship managers with calling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL POSITIONS

• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 Years of prior experience with indirect lending preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position is expected to spend on average 90% or more of the time seeking leads and prospects,
providing Bank information, and servicing the needs of our existing customer portfolio.Travel within
market area to meet with customers, prospective customers, and to attend events is expected. Travel to
regional and corporate headquarters (Newark) for retail meetings and training opportunities. Additional
travel may be necessary between branches in market for various reasons.

SCHEDULE
Typical hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed. This position is salary, exempt, and full time. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a maximum of 50% of the time, constantly
operate a computer up to 50% of the time, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers,
customers, or stakeholders to discuss and observe facts and data in order to exchange accurate
