What is an assistant human toilet?

An Assistant Human Toilet is a term sometimes used in certain adult fetish communities to describe a person who assists or participates in activities involving human waste, typically as part of consensual BDSM or fetish scenarios. This role may involve helping, observing, or facilitating such acts in a controlled environment. It is important to note that these activities are highly specialized, involve significant health risks, and require clear consent and strict hygiene protocols. Such roles are not recognized in mainstream employment or professional settings, and participation is entirely a matter of personal and private agreement among consenting adults.
