Graphic Designer, Capital Markets

Job Summary

Join one of the nation's leading capital markets firms creating best-in-class marketing materials that help sell institutional and privately held real estate assets. This role is responsible for designing compelling offering memorandums, presentations, and digital marketing materials that directly support multi-million dollar+ investment sales. You'll partner with brokers, analysts, and marketing professionals in a fast-paced environment where great design has a measurable business impact. The role manages complex projects from concept through completion while staying current on design trends and software advancements to continuously enhance presentation quality and effectiveness. It offers an exciting opportunity to apply professional graphic design principles while developing innovative ideas that enhance JLL's competitive advantage in the commercial real estate market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create, design and edit materials to include, but not limited to;print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphic/charts and end bound books.
  • Apply professional graphic design principles and develop new ideas to support business development.
  • Create designs to fit preferences of the deal team and the client while maintaining JLL branding standards.
  • Manage complex projects from concept through final completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery standards are met.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Provide design advice and guidance to team turning verbal and written input into graphics.
  • Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating initiative and proactively identifying needs.
  • Stay current on design enhancement opportunities, tools and marketing/design trends both inside and outside of the real estate industry and apply new concepts and presentations to our business.
  • Take initiative to determine when other designers need help and be willing to assist as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2-3 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate pipeline.
  • Ability to design within branding standards.
  • Well-developed verbal, listening, written and creative design skills.
  • Ability to use tact and diplomacy when interacting with others.
  • Excellent time management, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Any knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • Design related certifications a plus.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) on a Mac Operating System.
  • Emphasis of the high use of InDesign.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating location maps, floor plans and aerial exhibits.
  • Understanding of key design principles.
  • Familiarity with bound book production and print specifications.
  • Ability to design within established branding standards while maintaining quality.

  • High-energy and team-focused environment.
  • This role is in-office and located in Downtown Denver, Colorado.

Estimated compensation for this position:

65,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
