Berkshire Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, dependable Assistant Food Service Director to help lead our dietary department while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Schedule:
Wednesday–Sunday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Summary: The Assistant Food Service Director works alongside the Food Service Director to oversee the daily operations of the dietary department. This role combines leadership with hands-on cooking responsibilities to ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications
  • ServSafe Certification required

  • Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience preferred

  • Previous supervisory or long-term care dietary experience is a plus
