FOH Manager โ€“ Coastal Casual Restaurant & Bar
Location: Grayton Beach, Florida

Weโ€™re a high-volume coastal casual restaurant and bar in Grayton Beach, doing $4โ€“6M annually, with a strong bar program and busy nights/weekends. Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on FOH Manager to help lead the floor, drive great guest experiences, and support the GM with day-to-day operations.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead shifts and manage daily FOH operations
  • Be a visible, high-energy presence on the floor during service
  • Train, coach, and support servers, bartenders, and hosts
  • Ensure consistent execution of service standards, cleanliness, and safety
  • Handle guest recovery and build relationships with regulars
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and basic cost controls
  • Communicate effectively between FOH and BOH
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 2โ€“4+ years of full-service restaurant management or strong supervisor/lead experience
  • High-volume background strongly preferred ($3M+ annual sales ideal)
