Front of House Manager

 Chick-fil-A Colonial Plaza – Orlando, FL

Starting Pay: $18/hour (Full-Time)

Are you a servant-hearted leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Colonial Plaza as a Front of House Manager, where you'll help lead a team focused on excellence in food safety, guest experience, and operational performance.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead Front of House operations during your shifts with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Build a high-performing team by training, coaching, and holding team members accountable
  • Drive outstanding guest experiences through hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service
  • Manage real-time decisions to optimize food quality, cleanliness, and team productivity
  • Oversee inventory handling, waste tracking, and efficient labor usage
  • Partner with Back of House leaders and Directors to ensure seamless operations
