Local, waterfront restaurant is seeking truly exceptional talent for Front of the House Manager. Applicants with extraordinary personalities and a sense of how to help deliver “the good life” in a relaxed but five-star fashion to our valued guests are what we are looking for.

Job Description: The Front of House Manager plans and directs all day to day restaurant operations. Maintains high standards of food, service, health and safety; ensures the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Job Duties:

  • Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate restaurant operations to include daily schedules and identifying recruiting needs
  • Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and quality guest experience
  • Maintain employee records
  • Oversee training and identify training needs
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Conduct staff meetings when necessary
  • Monitor labor and operational costs
  • Identify and estimate food and beverage supply requirements/needs and ensure inventory needs are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience or degree in Hospitality Management
