Assistant Manager Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Work along side the evening manager supervising staff, evaluating performance, providing feedback, and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Provide high-quality customer service and satisfaction
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Ability to use and work with computer screens, monitors, touch screens, tablets and point of sales systems
  • Become proficient using CFA Software (Supply Central), QIC's, Servicepoint, Outlook, Change Orders/Manual Deposits (LOOMIS)and restaurant management systems (inFORM, SIGNAL)
  • Willingness to work in reasonable outdoor conditions
  • Dedicated to personal growth and development

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED (required), post-secondary degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of restaurant experience as a supervisor or assistant manager
  • ServSafe certified or willing to obtain ServSafe certification once hired
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday EVENING SHIFTS ONLY. Must be available to work until close (11pm). Start time is flexible (between 2-4pm).
  • Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance and punctuality
